Activities Assistant Job Description

Bridgeport Healthcare Center is a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, and we are currently recruiting for a PRN Activities Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities for residents
  • Provide individualized activity care and services for residents
  • Work directly with residents, staff, and families to create a positive experience
  • Develop and implement activity programs that promote socialization, community involvement, and overall well-being

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Prior experience with related software applications
  • Basic computer literacy and skills
  • Active state driver's license
