Activities Coordinator

Bridgeport Healthcare Center is a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, and we are currently recruiting for a PRN Activities Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities for residents
- Provide individualized activity care and services for residents
- Work directly with residents, staff, and families to create a positive experience
- Develop and implement activity programs that promote socialization, community involvement, and overall well-being
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Prior experience with related software applications
- Basic computer literacy and skills
- Active state driver's license
