Job Overview

Position Summary:

To be eligible for this role, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:


• Must be a U.S. Citizen.


• Successful completion of a background investigation is required.


• An active TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance is mandatory.


• A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field is required. Alternatively, five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.


• A minimum of twenty (20) years of experience in similar programs and/or contracts within the Federal Government is essential.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop capabilities to meet operational needs.


• Analyze and formulate system operational requirements.


• Conduct analysis of network requirements and ensure conflict resolution.


• Oversee system analytics and facilitate transitions to new platforms.


• Assess and evaluate the implications of tool functionalities.

Essential Skills:


• Proven experience in orchestrating and directing Systems Engineering projects.


• Ability to analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and high-level system architectures to create system requirements specifications.


• Expertise in analyzing system requirements and guiding design and development processes.


• Capable of assisting users in defining requirements, suggesting alternative strategies, and conducting feasibility assessments.


• Provide technical oversight for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.


• Integrate new plans, designs, and systems into existing operations.


• Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project requirements.


• Produce technical documentation.


• Develop system architecture and design documentation.


• Guide system development and implementation planning through the creation of system engineering management plans and system integration and testing plans.


• Engage with government representatives regarding technical considerations and associated challenges.


• Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables within the Systems Engineering domain.


• Maintain communication with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
