Position Overview

Job Summary:

An individual must meet the following criteria to be considered:


• U.S. Citizen


• Successfully pass a background investigation.


• Hold an active TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance.


• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field. Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.


• A minimum of twenty (20) years of experience in programs and/or contracts of similar scope within the Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing capabilities and system operational requirements.
  • Conducting network requirement analysis and resolving conflicts.
  • Managing system analytics and facilitating data transitions to new platforms.
  • Evaluating the impact of tool capabilities on system performance.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering initiatives.

• Ability to analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and high-level system architectures to formulate system requirements specifications.

• Expertise in analyzing system requirements and directing design and development processes.

• Capability to guide users in defining requirements, suggest alternative solutions, and perform feasibility assessments.

• Provide technical direction for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.

• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations seamlessly.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet requirements effectively.

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation.

• Create system architecture and design documentation.

• Oversee system development and implementation planning through the preparation of engineering management plans and integration and testing plans.

• Engage with government representatives regarding technical considerations and associated challenges.

• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables related to Systems Engineering.

• Communicate effectively with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
