Position Summary:
As a pivotal member of our rental team, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. Our retail management personnel embody our brand values and are dedicated to assisting customers with their inquiries and providing top-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring performance and budget compliance, including scheduling and payroll; serve as the acting manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Maintain accurate daily records related to performance, sales metrics, inventory management, and equipment rentals.
  • Recruit and train staff on POS system usage, product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Evaluate team performance and behavior, offering constructive feedback and recognition as needed.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, suggestions, and complaints.
  • Engage in leadership discussions to provide insights on store performance, training, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including specialized tasks related to merchandising and rentals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; business-related training or education is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a rental environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, managing multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
