Position Overview:
Our rental team is integral to delivering exceptional service, embodying the essence of our brand and culture. As a member of our Retail Management team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and operational support within our retail environment, assisting customers with inquiries and offering premium products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring performance and budget compliance, including scheduling and payroll; act as the manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.
  • Maintain accurate daily records related to performance, sales metrics, inventory management, and equipment rentals (if applicable).
  • Recruit and train staff on POS system usage, product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Evaluate team performance and behavior, providing constructive feedback and recognition as needed.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and deliver excellent customer service through prompt responses to inquiries, suggestions, and complaints.
  • Engage in leadership discussions, contributing insights on store performance, training, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include specialized areas such as merchandising and rentals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; training or education in business is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a rental environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, managing multiple tasks and customers simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Fluency in English is required.
