Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in building operations, maintenance, and repair. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for assigned buildings, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of various building operational components.
  • Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
  • Utilize CMMS work order system to manage the timely completion of all preventative and corrective maintenance assignments.
  • Monitor BAS systems and respond to alarms; escalate issues as needed.
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, plumbing components, and electrical components.
  • Perform assigned facility rounds and due diligence efforts by being proactive; reporting on conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations; entering work orders for resolution.
  • Provide best-in-class customer services to all Tenants and Agencies.
  • Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
  • Escorting vendors onsite to perform routine preventative maintenance or repairs.
  • Must be willing and able to support any after-hours building related activity as required.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of applicable technical experience in aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls and overall system design and application.
  • Certification as a Universal CFC, electrical and/or plumbing technician.
  • Licenses as required by authority having jurisdiction.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Tennessee Driver's License.
