We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team of junior and senior engineers in designing cutting-edge industrial and manufacturing facilities for leading companies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead large engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
- Develop and execute engineering projects with complex or controversial problems, leveraging specialized knowledge and skills.
- Maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders, taking independent decisions on technical matters.
- Supervise a team of engineers and designers, planning, organizing, and reviewing their work.
- Participate in client contact, business development, and contract proposal preparation.
- Meet with clients to define project scope, present progress, and ensure satisfaction.
- Make key decisions on materials, equipment, and field construction.
- Stay up-to-date with continuing professional education requirements.
- Travel required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and full professional registration required.
- Three or more years of experience with SSOE as an Engineer 5, or equivalent education and registration with twelve or more years of related experience.
- Experience in lieu of professional license may be approved in select disciplines at SSOE's discretion.
- Salary Range: $125,000-150,000/year, depending on location, education, experience, and certifications.
- Valid driver's license required, may be waived for international assignments.

- SSOE offers ownership opportunities to all employees at the Associate level and above, including this position, which may lead to shareholder status and additional earnings.
