Job Overview

This role is available in Florida and is not a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and management of treatment from the initial assessment through to completion.
  • Act as the main liaison for healthcare facilities, insurance adjusters, case managers, and patients.
  • Input treatment plans accurately and initiate pricing evaluations.
  • Promptly arrange appointments for authorized treatments.
  • Organize daily tasks to ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Timely review and respond to inquiries from clients, healthcare providers, patients, or management.
  • Provide education to provider offices regarding necessary documentation submissions, including chart notes and billing forms.
  • Collect any outstanding required documentation from providers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate leadership or management.
  • Collaborate with management on potential improvements to processes and systems.
  • May assist in testing new system or process enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Analytical skills with strong research capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adhere to procedures, and demonstrate active listening.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and essential MS Office applications.
  • Commitment to maintaining the company’s physical and information security standards.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred qualifications include a Medical Assistant certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with medical software platforms is beneficial.
  • Background in contact center operations is a plus.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
