Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Good Life Property Management.

About the Role

This is a remote position, and you can reside in any geographic location as long as you have a stable internet connection of 50 mbps or above. As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance across our rental units. This includes identifying vendors, scheduling repairs, and ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact approved vendors for support and research new vendors as needed
  • Obtain landlord approval in accordance with management agreement terms and coordinate maintenance and repairs upon approval
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans, purchase necessary equipment, tools, or materials, and ensure quality control standards are met
  • Troubleshoot maintenance tickets, approve invoices, and perform all other duties assigned
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree (preferred)
  • At least one year of experience in maintenance coordination
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets)
  • Experience in Appfolio and Property Meld (preferred)
  • A high-speed internet connection (at least 50 mbps)
