Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions
- Manage and communicate quality metrics to plant leadership and corporate quality
- Develop annual quality team goals and align strategies with plant leadership
- Ensure effective collaboration with the site CAPA team to meet or exceed plant and corporate CAPA KPI
- Coordinate the implementation of corporate quality projects and programs
- Develop and manage annual quality department budget
- Direct interactions with corporate brand and R&D teams to support new product launches and improvements
- BS/MS degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5-8 years of quality management experience in manufacturing and corporate environments
- Experience working with third-party auditors, including GFSI audits and QMS systems
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, BRC, food safety, and regulatory requirements for 21 CFR: 110, 111, 117, 210, and 211
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and shift work assignments in a fast-paced environment
