Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions
  • Manage and communicate quality metrics to plant leadership and corporate quality
  • Develop annual quality team goals and align strategies with plant leadership
  • Ensure effective collaboration with the site CAPA team to meet or exceed plant and corporate CAPA KPI
  • Coordinate the implementation of corporate quality projects and programs
  • Develop and manage annual quality department budget
  • Direct interactions with corporate brand and R&D teams to support new product launches and improvements
Requirements
  • BS/MS degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5-8 years of quality management experience in manufacturing and corporate environments
  • Experience working with third-party auditors, including GFSI audits and QMS systems
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, BRC, food safety, and regulatory requirements for 21 CFR: 110, 111, 117, 210, and 211
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and shift work assignments in a fast-paced environment
