Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly operations and processes to meet quality and quantity standards.
  • Compare system components to customer orders and bill of materials to ensure accuracy.
  • Exercise responsibility for product quality and quantity.
  • Fits, aligns, calibrates, and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating equipment.
  • Visually inspect parts to standards, repair units, and products that fail to meet requirements, and return flawed products for rework.
  • Resolve mechanical or hydraulic problems encountered during assembly.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment as necessary.
  • Support safety and total quality management objectives in a team environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively with lift assists and stand for approximately 95% of the time.
  • Able to read a tape measure and micrometer.
  • Able to read and understand process work instructions.
