The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include merchandising and maintaining product displays, partnering with retail store associates and management, and utilizing a company-provided tablet to perform basic job functions. No experience is necessary, as we will provide training. The starting pay is $16.20 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment. The weekly average hours are 5 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 10 hours per week around holidays. Additional support may be needed in the territory with required availability multiple days in succession and increased hours per day if applicable to business and project-based assignments. The primary responsibilities of this role include merchandising and maintaining all product displays within the greeting card department, working in a fast-paced retail environment, partnering and building relationships with retail store associates and management, and utilizing a company-provided tablet to perform basic job functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, and have the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English. The qualifications for this role include being 18 years or older, having the ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, having access to reliable transportation, and having access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
