Responsibilities:

* Assist in creating schedules and training new store staff
* Stocking products on shelves and maintaining a clean and professional store environment
* Forecast, order, stock, and merchandise product
* Ensure prompt reconciliation of store paperwork
* Provide excellent customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff
* Maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment in the store and surrounding property
* Assist with management of store staff
* Troubleshoot and resolve car wash-related issues
* Fix gas-related issues such as drive-offs and pumps being down

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Six to nine months experience as an Assistant Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong mathematics ability
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
* Reliable transportation

Employee Incentive:

* Employees who are with us for 6 months to 3 years receive 0.10 cents off per gallon of fuel
* Employees who are with us for 3-5 years receive 0.30 cents off per gallon of fuel
* Employees who are with us for 5+ years receive 0.40 cents off per gallon of fuel

Physical Requirements:

* The Assistant Team Leader position requires constant standing, bending, and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity
* Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds are required
