Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at ASK Consulting. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for leading and handling all aspects of various insurance programs, analyzing exposure data and loss information, and preparing presentations for renewal submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage insurance programs to ensure optimal risk mitigation and cost control.
  • Analyze large quantities of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and insurance brokers to achieve risk management objectives.
  • Develop and implement methods and strategies to continually improve processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate the issuance of surety bonds and other risk management-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Four or more years of work experience in a corporate risk management department, commercial insurance brokerage firm, or related position.
  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and proficiency in G-suite.
  • Ability to capture and analyze large quantities of data using various tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong social interaction skills.
  • Ability to work through issues and complete deliverables.
