Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our School Age Services team in Branson. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing high-quality programs and events that meet the needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Collaborate with regional directors and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective program delivery
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and grant regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct site reviews and evaluations to ensure program quality and safety
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or related field
  • Minimum two years of experience managing multiple youth development programs
  • Three years of experience working directly with youth in organized out-of-school-time settings
  • Proven experience meeting registration and attendance goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound fiscal management practices
  • Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership through experiences in supervision, community collaboration, and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with budgets, developing a budget, and fiscal management of programs
  • Experience with fundraising and special events
  • Knowledge and experience working with state Childcare licensing
  • CPR & First Aid Instructor Certified
