We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiology Physician to lead our team of 11 full-time CRNAs in a medical director role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the anesthesia department, including leading a team of CRNAs, managing the board, and sitting cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 11 full-time CRNAs
- Manage the anesthesia department, including the board and case management
- Sit cases as needed
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
- $525,000 base salary
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- 45 days PTO plus 6 holidays
- 403b with a 4% match
- Relocation bonus up to $10,000
- CME time and $4,000 available
