About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our Panera Bread team. As a Team Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our bakery-cafe by developing our people, managing team performance, and building a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Your Team
    • Coach and motivate your team to exceed sales, speed of service, and order accuracy goals.
    • Train your team on food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
  • Ensure Exceptional Guest Experiences
    • Make sure every customer is delighted by the quality of our food, service, staff, and safety measures.
    • Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal customers.
  • Drive Business Growth and Success
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to run great shifts.
  • 1+ year(s) of restaurant management experience preferred.
  • ServSafe certification (or able to pass).
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Must submit to a background check.
