Key Qualifications:
- Enjoys engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
- Possesses strong computer skills.
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to commute or travel short distances for work.
- Holds a valid Class 5 driver's license; a Class 3 license is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct sales and manage incoming calls and emails.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
- Utilize the company’s CRM system for tracking and managing lead conversions.
- Create and manage online advertisements.
- Engage in lead generation activities as needed.
- Interact with suppliers and provide product training.
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission, with earnings potential ranging from $60,000 to $100,000.
