JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective
Deliver ongoing assistance to the existing sales team. Ideal candidates will possess creativity and analytical skills. They should aim to enhance the current framework and refine existing processes and methods. Candidates must be receptive to feedback and constructive criticism to boost productivity.

Essential Functions

  1. Follow up on assigned leads
  2. Drive store traffic and contribute to market success
  3. Address customer inquiries via phone and text
  4. Support the sales team by generating sales leads
  5. Adhere to communication scripts for various topics
  6. Research necessary information using available resources
  7. Provide customers with information about products and services
  8. Be open to feedback and constructive criticism to enhance productivity and personal growth

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office setting. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines are routinely used.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit for extended periods.

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.

This is primarily a sedentary position; however, some filing may be required, necessitating the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as needed.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High School diploma or GED

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Prior office experience
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  3. Understanding of customer service principles and practices
  4. Experience in a call center or customer service setting
  5. Data entry and typing skills (including 10-key)
