Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Manager to join our team at Texas International Terminals.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in project management, construction, and operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing capital projects from $500k to $50M, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure adherence to project requirements.
  • Develop procurement packages for major engineered and bulk purchases.
  • Provide support for construction, assist in resolving production issues, and participate in construction planning.
  • Interface with on-site construction crews to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
  • May assist in estimating and planning using Primavera or MS Project scheduling software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of experience in refineries, terminals, or pipeline projects.
  • Strong knowledge of operations, construction, design, finance, and management principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, walk long distances, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Extended work hours, including weekends, may be required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work at elevated heights, using lifts, ladders, and stairs.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Work is done outdoors; must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Other Requirements:

  • Possess a current 'Fitness to Work' medical exam as required.
  • Hold TWIC credentials as required.
  • Complete required OQ tasks as identified by the Client.
