Behavioral Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Support Supervisor to join our team at Christopher Columbus Charter School. This 10-month position will work closely with students in grades K-8, providing behavioral support and interventions to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral theories and interventions, with experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in behavioral support, management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral theories and interventions strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Current and acceptable FBI, PA Criminal, and PA Child Abuse clearances
