Nuclear Medicine and Theranostics Operations Manager

The Nuclear Medicine department at Indiana University Health is a leading provider of innovative therapies for various cancers, including neuroendocrine and prostate cancer. This role involves supervisory responsibilities for the Nuclear Medicine, Theranostics, and PETCT services.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM.
Incentives: Sign-On Bonus available for eligible candidates.
The Nuclear Medicine and Theranostics Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the managerial team to oversee the daily operations and workflow of the department. This includes supervising personnel engaged in various imaging services such as CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and more. The role ensures adherence to departmental policies, regulations, and established protocols.
- Basic Life Support certification is mandatory; Advanced Life Support certification may be required based on specific duties.
- Active certification from one of the following is required: American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT), American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT), or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), as applicable to the modality. At least one advanced imaging credential is necessary for supervising advanced modalities.
- A valid license from the Indiana State Department of Health is required as per the modality.
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations is essential.
- Ability to adapt equipment positioning based on patient needs is required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the specific modality is preferred.
