We are seeking a Mobile Nuclear Medicine Specialist to join our team, working within the Healthcare Systems and Services sector in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Role Summary:
As a Nuclear Medicine Specialist, you will have the opportunity to advance your career with a forward-thinking organization recognized for its contributions to Medical Imaging. You will collaborate with top-tier healthcare organizations across the United States, with assignments ranging from 12 weeks to a year. Our client fosters a culture of dedicated professionals worldwide who are committed to innovating and shaping the future of healthcare.
In this position, you will operate as a MI SPECT Technologist, conducting examinations on patients of various age groups to assist in diagnosing medical conditions. Additionally, you will serve as a training resource for peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting MI SPECT diagnostic imaging procedures on designated anatomical areas in accordance with departmental protocols.
- Identifying and documenting internal body elements, noting any anomalies that may indicate disease or injury.
- Calibrating equipment and reassuring patients to minimize test artifacts.
- Monitoring patients for any significant physical or emotional changes during procedures.
- Assessing test results for accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborating with colleagues and physicians to review tests and communicate preliminary findings as necessary.
- Preparing diagnostic information for physician review and maintaining patient records, including diagnosis and billing codes.
- Cleaning and sterilizing equipment and workspaces, and addressing equipment malfunctions as needed.
- Providing pretest instructions to patients and addressing their inquiries regarding procedures.
- Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine technology program.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, specifically in MI SPECT.
- Experience with Siemens or GE equipment is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid ARRT (CT) certification required; ARRT (N) is optional.
- NMTCB certification required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Siemens C.cam.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with clients and team members in a professional and ethical manner.
- Flexibility, reliability, and sound judgment are essential.
