Dutch Farms Inc is a leading organization in the agriculture industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, including recruiting, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of human resources experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification a plus.
- Proficient with HRIS systems, including Paycor.
