Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of HR initiatives and procedures tailored for a dynamic organization.
  • Provide guidance and manage HR policies, systems, and documentation while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, particularly in sensitive scenarios.
  • Assist in managing payroll, benefits, and compensation-related tasks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of job expectations and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Contribute to the creation of job descriptions, postings, and application management.
  • Organize and conduct interviews, applying sound judgment to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Promote a positive company culture, advocate for change, and enhance diversity while fostering employee engagement to position CorDx as a preferred employer.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data related to recruitment efforts, labor market trends, and new HR policies.
  • Assist management and teams in assessing the organization's talent landscape, identifying gaps, and formulating short- and long-term HR strategies.
  • Support year-end processes, including compensation planning, performance evaluations, and related reporting.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities and needs as dictated by the organization.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • A proven, data-driven record of success in HR practices.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices regarding hiring, onboarding, and compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Knowledge of the biotechnology sector is advantageous.
