Description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and assist.
  • Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person on the team.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, turnover rates, etc.) on paper and in the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Schedule meetings, HR events, etc., and maintain the team's agenda.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars (lunch & learns).
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Conduct exit interviews and review 30/60/90 to report on
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 audit reports - reports out and develops reports.
  • Create and distribute reports weekly, monthly, and annually as needed (Terms, Hires, Discipline, Employee Referral, Anniversary, Birthdays, Tech Recognition Program, Outside Recruiter, Orientations, New Hires, I-9 Audits).
  • Create PowerPoint, agenda, and meeting minutes for monthly HR team meetings.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Coordinates new hire orientation and updates all information sheets, packets, swag, and presentations.
  • Manage employee referral program.
  • Assists HR Manager with various special projects or duties as requested.
  • Manage receptionist coverage schedule.
  • Develop, plan, and execute company events for holidays and employee engagement.
  • Administers training courses using the LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Ensure all employees complete annual training: Harassment, Wage & Hour.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

Experience, Skill, and Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years related experience required.
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
