Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of restaurant staff.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, and manage ordering processes as needed.
  • Oversee budget management and implement cost control strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations among all employees.
  • Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure adherence to established operational standards by all team members.
  • Provide regular reports on financial performance, inventory status, and staffing.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food preparation, purchasing, and sanitation.
