Fitness Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fitness Center Representative to join our team at Taymax Group. As a Fitness Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all members and guests.
- Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and signing up new members.
- Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including completing daily assigned tasks and helping with priority cleaning projects.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
