About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our Operations Department at PanelClaw. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of our transportation and fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipping schedules with production sites to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assist with the dispatching and management of our carrier partners to optimize logistics operations.
  • Generate and distribute shipping documents, including bills of lading and freight invoices.
  • Exercise judgment and work with team members to resolve service conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide general logistics support to our Customer Service team, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on internal operations projects to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Create and maintain system reports within Dynamics 365 to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with on-site shipping and receiving, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics-related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in applicable field, preferred.
  • Focused and organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to effectively navigate common business applications, including Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365.
  • Commitment to the mission of Enstall and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
