Key Responsibilities- Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other healthcare team members.
- Complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily.
- Continuously observe and report patients' nursing needs, instructing their families in care and maintenance of a healthy environment.
- Observe, record, and report patients' responses to treatment and changes in their condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR Certification required.
