Our Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and technical skilled care in the comfort of the patient's home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in accordance with the plan of care and state laws governing nursing practice.
* Continuously observe and report patients' nursing needs to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
* Instruct patients' families in care and maintenance of a healthy environment.
* Complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily.

Requirements:

* Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
* Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
* CPR Certification required.
