As a Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home. Your duties will include:

  • Providing services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing nursing practice, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Completing progress notes for each visit and submitting them to the agency daily.
  • Observing and reporting patients' nursing needs, instructing patients' families in care and maintenance of a healthy environment, and observing, recording, and reporting patients' responses to treatment and changes in their condition.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • CPR Certification.
