Job Title: Lead Behavioral Health Program Manager

The Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a highly skilled Lead Behavioral Health Program Manager to join our team in Essex County. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to a team of case managers who furnish linkage and referral services to adult individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in the community.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of case managers
  • Furnish linkage and referral services to adult individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Behavioral Health Field
  • NJ Driver's License
  • 1-2 years of experience in behavioral health field
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package including an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and potential eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness.
