Clinical Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into the role of Clinical Manager at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy.

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions (KFS) is a privately owned organization that has been providing services to individuals with disabilities since 2004. We focus on in-home and in-community services that promote healthy development through one-on-one behavioral, educational, and daily-living supports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Program Development: Design and implement effective behavior intervention programs tailored to individual needs, ensuring clinical integrity and high-quality care.
  • Clinical Oversight: Conduct regular assessments and analyses to monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance intervention strategies.
  • Staff Development: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical team skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services, promoting holistic client care.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements, implementing quality assurance measures for exceptional service delivery.
  • Client and Family Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, serving as a point of contact for addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive therapeutic experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Leadership experience highly preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs as a BCBA
  • Clinical expertise in appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable interventions
  • Proficiency in technology, including Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
  • Able to meet rigorous job demands, including standing, sitting, following equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
