Job Overview

MG2 Corporation is seeking a skilled Estimator II to join our team in the Client Programs Market. As an Estimator II, you will support senior staff in project-related tasks, including comparisons, material and labor investigations, and pricing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare conceptual, schematic, and design development estimates for new construction, remodels, and small infrastructure projects.
  • Perform detailed takeoffs of materials and trades for all CSI divisions as required to complete estimates.
  • Provide labor, material, and equipment pricing research and apply to estimates.
  • Support the team in all project-related tasks, such as comparisons, material and labor investigations, and other pricing needs.
  • Review estimates with senior staff for comments and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of construction estimating experience.
  • Experience within the commercial construction industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of architecture and construction.
