Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Load housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, strip beds, and drop dirty linens to the laundry.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards, inspecting for safety hazards and equipment functionality.
  • Guest Services: Prepare rooms for guest arrivals, respond to special requests, and record room status on work assignment sheets.
  • Lost and Found: Report lost articles and maintenance issues to a supervisor.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous housekeeping experience required.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Customer Service: Previous customer service experience and ability to provide attentive and courteous service to guests.
  • Flexibility: Ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
