Job Summary:

The PT Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
  • Support the sales floor team in achieving sales goals, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  • Collect trash, take trash to compactor, and operate the compactor.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment and surfaces.
  • Collect carts, stack carts, and push carts back to the front-end of the store.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and completion of the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires standing for 55% of the shift, sitting for 0%, and walking for 45%. The maximum lift/carry is 50 pounds, and the maximum pull static is 20 pounds.
