Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Tampa General Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional nursing and medical services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to hepatobiliary tumor patients, including clinical care coordination and weekly Liver Tumor Conference preparation, moderation, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with a variety of individuals to diagnose and manage clients' healthcare problems, working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Maintain an annual protocol with supervising physician, as required by state professional regulatory agencies.
  • Perform job duties in accordance with Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida.
  • Adult Gerontology Primary Care or Adult Gerontology Acute Care board certification required for APRNs.
  • Oncology or Hepatology experience preferred.
