Job Title: Warranty Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Lead to join our Bosch Mobility Sales, Quality, and Warranty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty chargebacks and customer requirements support for one of the largest OEMs - Ford Motor Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial warranty reviews for OEM customers.
  • Support OEM customers' policies and procedures and their application in the Bosch organization.
  • Support divisional quality teams with warranty charge reviews and revisions, alignments, and approval process with OEM customers.
  • Provide technical support as it relates to Ford requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Warranty, Cost, and Data Reporting deliverables.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and database systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx, Microsoft PowerBI, Power Automate, etc.
  • Organized, proactive, self-starter.
