Position Details:

  • Role: Environmental Services Associate
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays
  • Hours: Varies based on day shift requirements

Position Summary: The Environmental Services Associate is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas to ensure client satisfaction. Duties may vary based on specific client needs and location requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment, adhering to OSHA and company regulations
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the environment to promote health and safety
  • Properly maintain and clean housekeeping equipment
  • Perform cleaning tasks to meet company and client standards
  • Manage waste disposal and transport trash to designated areas
  • Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Secure the facility, ensuring proper locking and unlocking as required
  • Safeguard company and client assets
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Reliable with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items as needed
  • Familiarity with basic safety protocols due to potential exposure to hazardous materials

Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay Frequency: Weekly, with direct deposit options available.
