We offer a competitive salary of $28.50 - $32.70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about serving seniors and making a positive impact in their lives.

As an LPN Med Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents, including administering medications, documenting medication administration, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living, "to champion the quality of life for all seniors" in accordance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws, standards and regulations and Sunrise Senior Living policies.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all resident information, reporting any concerns or incidents, and participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in senior care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
