You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and engaging shopping environment, assisting customers with their queries, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including locating products and providing information on store policies and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, processing transactions, and maintaining store equipment.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
