About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team at The Source and Recruit Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
  • Apply your knowledge of local HVAC and plumbing codes to ensure all work meets industry standards.
  • Commit to a minimum of 40 hours of work per week, with overtime opportunities available.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation from October through April (with summers off).
