- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
- Industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) a plus
