Position Summary
As a vital member of the Willow Supply Chain team, this role focuses on the sourcing, formation, and administration of infrastructure contracts essential for the Willow development. The position ensures adherence to contractual and commercial standards as per Corporate and Willow Project requirements, encompassing the following key areas:
  • Module and structural fabrication
  • Camps and camp support services
  • Temporary Infrastructure
  • Civil support services

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned sourcing and procurement tasks while adhering to critical project timelines.
  • Conduct market research and gather contractor information through intelligence and RFIs.
  • Assess potential contractors' qualifications based on Company and Project-specific criteria.
  • Oversee contract formation, including terms, conditions, and agreements.
  • Develop and propose negotiation strategies for contractor agreements.
  • Ensure compliance of contractors and suppliers with contract stipulations and deliverables.
  • Manage contract administration, including claims, modifications, and documentation.
  • Facilitate collaboration among project functions, including contracting, purchasing, and logistics.
  • Monitor contract value against budgetary allocations and validate invoice rates.
  • Participate in post-award contract management, including KPIs and issue resolution.
  • Ensure effective transition and handover of contract documentation for operational readiness.
  • Engage with Corporate and BU Supply Chain teams as necessary.
  • Participate in Incident Management Team activities as required.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and contracts.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial strategies and market dynamics.
  • Expertise in contracting and procurement for major capital projects.
  • Familiarity with contract implications for HSE and Quality.
  • Willingness to travel to remote locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional designation such as CPM or PMP.
  • 5+ years of experience with a focus on construction contracting.
  • Experience in remote Arctic or offshore environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze information effectively to drive decisions.
  • Proven track record of building collaborative relationships across teams.
