Job Title: Help Desk Technician

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at ASM Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide technical support and maintenance for our computer hardware and software systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load software updates and perform routine maintenance on computer hardware
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the operations room
  • Track inventory of computer-related supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred
  • 1-3 years of working experience within PC support
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft workstation operation systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the use of remote management systems
  • Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
