Showroom Coordinator

Job Summary:

Volt is seeking a highly motivated and organized Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Southampton, NY. As a Showroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments with customers, manage the central appointment book, and ensure accurate customer sign-ins.
• Communication: Respond to incoming showroom calls, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage customer job folders, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using Word, Outlook-email, and calendar, as well as Teams.

Requirements:

• Education: High school degree required.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential.
