Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet all customers entering the showroom, answer incoming calls, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, manage the showroom calendar, and ensure accurate booking and scheduling.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized showroom, restock merchandise, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Communication: Collaborate with sales teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school degree required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software.
