Showroom Coordinator Job Description

Volt is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator to join our team at Innova Solutions in Southampton, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain the showroom floor, ensuring a visually appealing and organized environment.
  • Assist in the management of sales floor inventory, including receiving and processing shipments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
