  • Source and interview candidates for various positions in Automotive Manufacturing
  • Utilize the ATS (applicant tracking system) to manage the candidate pipeline
  • Attend career fairs and develop relationships with local schools to stay proactive in talent development and management
  • Maintain contract placement positions and relationships to ensure ongoing skilled trades support
  • Consult with Management to support in meeting manpower requests and interviewing candidates
  • Understand the local market and internal benchmarking to ensure equity and compliance throughout the organization

  • Support special projects with the HR team as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Recruitment experience in Automotive Manufacturing
  • Experience in Manufacturing BIW (body-in-white) is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills
  • Exceptional written and/oral communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
